NO .... We have our own full time professional Orlando painters who work for us, no subcontractors
And that's a very important questions to ask when hiring a company
Companies that hire subcontractors make money on finding a homeowner & selling the job. This is usually the last time a homeowner sees them .... the "painter" doing the work is a independent company ... a subcontractor
They collecting a percent of job for finding the job then hire someone else to do the actual work. They don't supervise the job, they have no control on the painting or how's it's done or who the sub-contractor bring into your home ..
That's right, they are not professional painters, just salesman. Just like going to a big box store and hiring them to paint your cabinet they just hire it out, save money and skip companies that use sub-contractors
they do this to save money by having no painters or only having low skill labor painters on payroll , they then sub - contract the job out
We find by using our own painters we can have better control of the quality of work and homeowners safety is very important to us .... You'll know anyone working in your home passed a full background check and is an employee of Repaint Florida LLC and you'll always deal with me Jeff MacBride
